Ms Gloria Zhang - The Chair

  • Gloria is the owner and founding member of Intlang Consulting (icc-australia.com.au). Originally from Beijing China, Gloria has worked as a corporate advisor to international businesses in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney, subsequently has a broad, multi-faceted knowledge on Australasian business practices and cross promotion. She is acknowledged as a specialist advisor on cross cultural communication, public and investor relations, international business and project management. Since 1993, Gloria has assisted many of the world’s top 200 companies with market development activities in Australasia.

    Gloria is a not only a prominent member of the West Australian Chinese community, but also has an extensive government and business network in WA, SEA and China. In addition to managing several businesses successfully in Australia, Gloria is the non-executively director of TG Metals Limited (ASX listed), the Principal Training Advisor at the International College of Communication, the Chair of Australian Association of International Business (AAIB) and the president of Western Australian oriental culture and art association (WAOCAA).

    Mr Stewart McDonald

    Having 25 years experience with ASX listed companies as CFO and Company Secretary whilst running his own Corporate and Events Company, Stewart is very well placed to provide financial guidance and business acumen to the board of ENRG.

    Mr Terry Gardiner

    Mr Terry Gardiner has more than 20 years’ experience in capital markets, stockbroking & derivatives trading and prior to that had many years trading in equities & derivatives for his family accounts. Terry is currently the director of stockbroking firm Barclay Wells Limited and a Non-executive Director of Resource companies - Cazaly Resources Limited, Galan Resources Limited and Charger Metals.

    Dr Trevor Cullen

Dr Trevor Cullen (PhD) is Professor of Journalism at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia. He is recognised as a national and international leader in the field of HIV/health Journalism and Journalism education. He has received several university and national teaching and research awards. These include two Australian Government awards – A National Teaching and Learning Fellowship (NTF) and the Australian Award for University Teaching. (AAUT). 

MR Guangyin Wang

Guangyin Wang currently holds the senior position of senior equity partner at Yingke Law Firm, while also serving as the director of the management committee for Yingke Zhenghuang (Futian) Associated Law Firm.

Mr Wang made significant contribution to the legal sector, as evidenced by his multiple executive roles. Mr Wang holds positions as Director of the Corporate Governance Committee of the China Legal Consulting Centre of the China Law Science Association and Deputy Director of the Corporate Law Professional Committee of the 10th Beijing Lawyers Association. He is highly regarded for his advanced legal knowledge in China, actively engaging in legal education and research. He is author of "Corporate Control and Dispute Resolution", which is acclaimed within the legal community.

Wang holds a prominent position in international arbitration, Wang holds a prominent position, serving as an arbitrator for various international arbitration institutions including Beihai, Ganjiang, and Weifang. His professional prowess has earned recognition from prestigious rating agency Legal 500, which recommends him as a top lawyer in mergers and acquisitions within the Asia-Pacific region.
